Toca Hair Salon Me App Reviews

Found this app by accident, and purchased it for my daughter (severely mentally impaired) and her housemates. What a hit. Although they aren’t able to do all the activities independently, they make choices, and assist in “styling.” The best feature for this group is the ability to “style” their own hair using their own photo.

My grandkids 7, 5 and two 2 year olds love this app. They take pictures of each other, their grandparents and even our dogs to fuss and "decorate" and then memorialize in the photos of the family. Well worth any price.

This app is awful. I love all toca boca apps, but was very disappointed with this particular one. It only shows a small portion of your face and doesnt show your face like it shows in the pictures! It shows only about a third of your face and the hair is place three to four inches above your regular hairline. Do not waste your money.

Its been months since Ive played this and nothing no dramatic update has changed. Make them go on the street and go to other salons Or collide another game in it

I love this game I could play it all night but maybe add some more accessories and some characters for people that dont take pictures of people but thats up to you so thank you and ps can you make tocaboca buliders free

I pretty much only like the idea of this. I mean its supposed to be a kids game and it looks super trashy. Can somebody please fix this problem.

This app is cool, but my pictures never turn out right! They always end up being ugly.

I love this game but Id like to be able to listen to music and play the game without the sound effects.

My first suggestion is if you can put clothes on and dress them up with make up IF its a girl. My second suggestion is if you can put the grow bottle to help the hair make it even more longer than it is. My last and third suggestion is to put jewelry please!P.S. YOU CAN ALSO ADD ERINGS

IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT GETTING THIS APP, (WHETHER FOR YOURSELF OR YOUR CHILD) DO NOT THINK ABOUT IT ANYMORE AND BUY THIS APP. THIS IS THE MOST ENTERTAINING APP I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PURCHASE THIS APP!!! Now that I have you hooked, heres my thoughts. I love that you can take a picture (or use a picture from your photos) of yourself, friends, family, etc. and do their hair. While playing the app, certain actions cause their facial expressions to change. Also, I love that you can dye your "clients" hair literally any color on the color spectrum, versus the 8 or so other colors on the old hair salon apps. I also like the accessories on this app more than on the other Toca Boca apps. Other than that, all of the other features are virtually the same, besides a slight change in appearance, such as the "grow," curling iron/wand, flat iron, scissors, comb, mechanical/electric razor, and shampoo and blow dryer. The only thing missing is the towel, but that isnt a huge problem. I just wish that the hair could be grown just a touch longer, but its just fine the way it is now. Overall, this is by far the best of the Toca Hair Salon apps. It is extremely enjoyable to give yourself/friends/family/etc.crazy hairstyles. This app will provide you or your child hours of entertainment. I highly recommend this app to anyone and everyone. (I am a 14 year old girl.)

The store said it was $.99 but it took $2.99 away from my iTunes. Do not get!!

I have been a fan of Toca Boca apps for a while now and always love to get a new one but they cost a bit too much. I am alway on the look out for a new app and Toca Boca is the way to go. Can you make them cost like .99 cents or $1.99. I would buy them a lot more often then. And some apps are free and they are fun but by far my favorite is Toca Town. Love the apps otherwise; so fun to play with. Thank you for reading.

You really need to read this review! I am very strong on my opinion of the game but I have one suggestion. This game looks good so you buy it let me tell you now it is totally not worth it. I got so excited but once I took the pic of me I looked like a monster!
